Originally J. Paul Getty's beach retreat, The Fairmont Pierre Marques is located in Acapulco, Mexico, on a 480- acre estate in the exclusive Acapulco Diamante area. Tucked between the Sierra Madre mountains and the Pacific surf, this resort stands across the street from The Pierre Marques Golf Course.

French-Asian fusion cuisine and more than 100 varieties of tequilas are served at the elegant Tabachin restaurant. John F. Kennedy, Elizabeth Taylor and Aristotle Onassis have dined within this restaurant's sophisticated atmosphere. Bar Pierre is open daily, and offers a sports venue, an intimate lounge section and outdoor veranda seating.

Three beach-view outdoor pools, five lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, a beach-volleyball court and a fitness room provide on- site recreation. Complimentary shuttles are offered to a partner property, the Acapulco Princess, where amenities include a lavish spa and a nightclub. The Fiesta Americana Villas Acapulco overlooks southern Condesa Beach in Acapulco, Mexico. The Convention Center hosts the Mexican Fiesta show and is located one kilometer (0.6 miles) from this property. CICI water park and marine-life performances is positioned two kilometers (1.2 miles) away.

The Grand Mayan Wyndham Acapulco is located along a one-kilometer stretch of white-sand beach on Playa Diamante. This property stands 13 kilometers (7.8 miles) from Puerto Marques and 24 kilometers (14.4 miles) from downtown Acapulco.

Modern bathrooms contain telephones, makeup mirrors and separate bathtubs and showers.


Los Brisas Acapulco

Set on 40 acres of hibiscus gardens on a hillside high above Acapulco Bay, Las Brisas Acapulco welcomes guests to one of the most exclusive and idyllic meeting and vacation destinations in the world. Las Brisas features 263 air-conditioned casitas set in the steep hill, some rising 1,000 feet above the Pacific Ocean. Complimentary Brisas Breakfast is delivered to guestrooms each morning. Pink and white décor in the casitas also feature fieldstone accent walls and marble- brick floors.
